ADR-0008: Greenfield kernel; legacy SmartInventory is a connector

Status: accepted (carried; validated by the NetworkAccess pilot spec, 2026-07-02)

Vinxi is greenfield: zero legacy code carried forward. The live legacy SmartInventory (.NET 4.8/Postgres, ~19 customer forks) is not migrated on day one — it is the executable spec and the migration payload: an import source (Assert via a Source Connector) and a writeback target (Call via the egress gateway). Studies live under Reference → Legacy SmartInventory.
