ADR-0007: Lean profile is the honest first build

Status: accepted

v0 ships the Lean reference profile: Postgres/PostGIS (+ transactional outbox), MinIO, DataFusion/DuckDB, a custom Rust materializer, schema-per-plane in one database, three backend processes (vinxi-kernel-server, vinxi-worker, control-plane UI). Explicit do-not-build-yet list: FoundationDB, Flink, Trino, Spark, Nessie, Temporal, Quickwit, Biscuit, a WASM runtime, a Java control plane. Graduations to the Scale profile are gated on measured evidence per port, never adopted speculatively. Kernel-owned branching ships before any lakehouse branching tech.
