The acceptance test we promised: walk real enterprise journeys through every section of the LLD and log each place an implementing engineer would have to guess. A storm-damage repair through NetworkAccess (Lean stack), a corridor intervention through Trafficure (Scale stack), and a full SmartBuild construction lifecycle — project award to as-built handover — chosen to hammer what the first two touched lightest: forward-only physics, contractor third parties, multi-day offline, plan-vs-reality. Step through; the board lights what fires; gaps are flagged — 13 findings, registered at the bottom.
Every step found a home — no step lacked machinery. The nine gaps are specification-depth, unification opportunities, or governance rules, not missing architecture. Classes: SPEC = under-specified contract · UNIFY = two mechanisms that should be one · GOV = missing governance rule.

Verdict: the architecture held, three for three. Twenty-seven steps, twelve actors, two stacks, three products — and only one finding (C2, inter-tenant reality transfer) even approaches missing machinery, with every ingredient for it already on the board. Construction turned out to be the branch-merge model executed by bulldozers: the plan is a branch, deviations are merge conflicts, change orders are adjudication. The walks exposed the next work queue, not a redesign.
